Another emergency sorted!
After condemning a faulty boiler yesterday, we were back first thing this morning to fit a brand new Vaillant ecoFIT Pure 415 with all-new smart controls. Our customer now has a safe, efficient, and reliable heating system, just in time for the colder months!
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The homeowner called us out to look at their boiler, which had stopped working properly. During our inspection, our Gas Safe registered engineer found serious faults that meant the boiler was unsafe to use. We had no choice but to condemn the unit and disconnect it from the gas supply.
Being left without heating and hot water is never ideal, especially with cold weather on the way. We arranged to return first thing the next morning to install a new boiler, minimising the time the customer was left without heating.
SOLUTIONS
We recommended and installed a Vaillant ecoFIT Pure 415, a high-quality combi boiler known for its reliability and energy efficiency. The work included:
- Safely removing the condemned boiler
- Installing the new Vaillant ecoFIT Pure 415 combi boiler
- Fitting brand new smart controls for easier temperature management
- Connecting the boiler to the existing heating system and pipework
- Flushing the system to remove any debris
- Carrying out a full safety test and commissioning the boiler
- Registering the installation with Gas Safe and Vaillant
The smart controls allow the customer to adjust their heating easily and help reduce energy bills by only heating the home when needed.
